Turnaround Time
It normally takes 1-3 weeks to complete your order. Depending on how many I have, it may be finished before that.
US Shipping
I provide a tracking number for every order. Once sent out, I am not responsible for your poem.
International Shipping
Considering the crazy prices for shipping compared to my prices for my poems and the location of where your poem is isn't guaranteed with the tracking, I do not include a tracking number for international orders. If this is an issue and you want tracking, please contact me.
Return and Refund Policy
If your poem gets lost in the mail, I will gladly replace it with no charge. However, once it's there, I do not accept refunds nor returns. If you are not satisfied with my poem before typed on the typewriter, I will refund you, however, I will work with you and make edits if needed.
How To Order A Custom
In the notes section, please tell me what to write about. If you are wanting something specific, please give as much details as possible. If you want something generic / just want to give me creative freedom, please write that in the notes.
